Professional and hard working crew. Did exactly what I asked. Bobby is focused on the customer. He responded quickly and positively. He addressed my concerns immediately without hesitation. The roof looks perfect from ground level. I took the opportunity to get on the roof myself during the installation and after. Everything looked perfect. My wife and I love the roof. We were inspired by the workers and impressed with them gutting it out on two 95 degree days. Not impressed with the on site manager. He had very little interaction with the workers. Bright Side Roofing provided us with an excellent experience. Their products were high quality and the staff from Vicky in the office, Jason the sales rep, Tyler the project manager, and the installers themselves, were professional, prompt, and responsive. Once the job was completed, they thoroughly cleaned up. They were so thorough with the clean-up, you could hardly tell a major renovation project had taken place. We are very pleased we chose this company for our roof replacement.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with our sales rep Heather, the pre-install call, the hard work the crew did. The shingles look great and the follow up to go back through and recheck for nails is awesome. Warranty and the care for my house were to me a benefit from how they handled us.

I decided to go with Brightside based on the great reviews I saw on the internet and their knowledge regarding filing insurance claim for the damage on my roof. Once the roofers were at my house, I was amazed with the quickness of the installation! I barely had to do anything with regards to my insurance, Spencer took care of it all and got me a great roof at a great price. Thanks y'all!
