Yes, our online quote option provides quick preliminary pricing. We may still need to inspect the property before confirming the final scope and price.

A roofing expert checks for damage, wear, leaks, and other concerns. We’ll then explain what we found and whether maintenance, repair, or replacement may be appropriate.

Your proposal will explain the recommended work, materials, cost, warranty options, and expected schedule. It will also outline how cleanup and unexpected damage will be handled.

Our Process

We start with a consultation and inspection, followed by a detailed proposal and project scheduling. After the installation, we complete a final inspection and walkthrough and provide your warranty information.

Timing depends on the project, weather, permits, material availability, and our current schedule. Once you approve the proposal, we’ll provide an installation date and keep you informed of any changes.

We’ll show you the damage, explain the recommended solution, and review any added cost. We won’t complete work outside the approved scope without discussing it with you first.

We’ll inspect the finished work, clean the property, and complete a final walkthrough with you. You’ll also have time to ask questions and review your warranty information.

Qualifications and Warranties

GAF Master Elite® certification is earned by only about 2% of roofing contractors. It shows that a contractor meets GAF requirements for training, insurance, reputation, and professional installation.

Our crews receive quarterly GAF training. This helps them stay current with product requirements, installation standards, and roofing best practices.

Depending on the project, we use products and systems from GAF, TimberSteel™, Timberline Solar™, Deck-Armor™, and StormGuard®. We’ll recommend materials based on your property, goals, and budget.

Your project may include manufacturer coverage for the materials and separate workmanship coverage for the installation. The exact warranty options depend on the products and roofing system you choose.

It’s an enhanced, manufacturer-backed warranty for qualifying GAF roofing systems. Eligible systems may receive up to 50 years of protection, depending on the selected products and written warranty terms.

Pricing and Financing

The cost depends on the property’s size, condition, design, accessibility, and selected materials. After inspecting the property, we’ll provide a detailed quote so you know what is included.

It may change if we discover hidden damage or another issue that couldn’t be seen during the original inspection. We’ll explain the problem and get your approval before completing any additional work.
